User Data Deletion Instructions
Wits Africa respects your privacy and provides users with a clear way to request deletion of personal data associated with our applications and services.
If you logged in or interacted with our services through Facebook, you may remove Wits Africa from your Facebook account by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook account.
- Open Settings & Privacy.
- Click Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find Wits Africa.
- Click Remove.

In your email, include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can identify the relevant records.
Once we receive your request, we will review and process the deletion within 7 working days. Personal data associated with your account will be deleted unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
